After Checkout: What To Expect

After you check out and your purchase is complete, you will get an automated message confirming your order.
Soon after that, within a few hours, you will get a message from us personally, telling you that we will pull your order, pack and label your box(es) and get your tracking information and delivery date to you.

You can expect your order to deliver to you in 3 to 5 business days. Our packages ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx, depending on the item. When we use USPS, we do ship out on Saturdays, so Monday through Saturday are business days. With UPS and FedEx, businesss days are Monday through Friday.

Obviously there will weather events that cause delays for the mail carriers that are out of our control, but there will be notices in the tracking systems that notify everyone about them.
