What can I expect during the Check-out process?
At Checkout, all orders are set for Free, USPS Ground Advantage Shipping.
For those who want it sooner, there's an option on the Checkout page to upgrade to FedEx 2-Day Delivery. Calculating the cost to upgrade does not in any way obligate you to use that service. Our entire website is built around giving you the best experience possible, and free shipping is part of that. 

Why do you ask for my phone number?
We ask for your number to send video of your order before it leaves. There's a chance you might want something changed. It's optional, but we appreciate it. We'll use it for the purpose of this order only and nothing else.

What happens after I pay for my order?
After you pay for your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation message in your email. Shortly after that, a staff member will message you, letting you know we're preparing your order and give you the tracking information an expected delivery date.

How can I track my order?
The easiest way to track your order is to text the word TRACK to 512-525-1659
You can also create a user account and track your package there.

What happens if my order gets lost in transit or shows as delivered, but it didn't?
We'll send out a fresh order to you right away with no waiting and no fees. If the original
order should ever show up, you can keep it too.

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
